The culinary domain of the Pankert family is in a place where stagecoach horses were once cared for and changed. It is in the centre of the historically located St. Vith, which is in Belgium but also borders Germany and Luxembourg. A crossing of thoroughfares, ideal for travellers who want to dine and sleep well. For this is a great place.
The cuisine of the third generation of the Pankert family is widely acclaimed. Eric Pankert interprets the French kitchen in his own modern way. His wine knowledge and extensive collection of wines are both special. There is a beautiful proverb attributed to Johann Wolfgang von Goethe on the menu: ‘Life is too short to drink bad wine’.
The guest rooms each have their own style; all furnished with the family’s personal touch. The expansive countryside of the Ardennes and the Eifel, invites you to take long walks. St. Vith has many bike lanes using disused railway routes, meandering through three countries.
*Minimum stay of 2 nights required when check-in is on a weekend day

The garden and the charming terrace with wooden elements are harmoniously combined through the use of colourful planting against closely clipped topiaries and hedges. On sunny days this is a delightful place to have lunch, drink a good glass of wine or enjoy a wonderful dinner.
