With its five historic buildings, Michelin-starred restaurant, riding stables, tennis court and heated outdoor swimming pool, the estate is a sought-after location to celebrate life’s finer moments. The sun-drenched private villa is the jewel of the estate.

Framing the English landscape garden that surrounds the residence are mature beech hedges and rhododendrons. In summer, there is no finer pleasure than abiding a while on the sun-drenched terrace, with its elegantly set tables, and grand view of the English landscape garden and the surrounding woodlands. The gardens contain many lawns and terraces, a deliciously fragrant rose garden and a sheltered swimming pool. A lovely view over the romantic gardens and the surrounding woodlands is to be had from the sunny terrace and should you wish to take a Champaign picnic, there are lovely spots on the grass or among the sun-dappled (rose) gardens to spread a blanket.
The estate flows seamlessly into a 3000 hectare nature reserve, with redolent coniferous and deciduous forests, rolling heath fields and expansive shifting sands. Many hiking, cycling and equestrian trails of different lengths start from the hotel and wind through this stunning natural area. In the vicinity of the hotel, there are several golf courses and many renowned sights, such as Paleis Het Loo, De Hoge Veluwe National Park, where the Kröller-Müller Museum can be found, gorgeous castles, various zoos and an exciting climbing forest adventure for children.
