The Raw & The Cooked is the name of a line of fresh seasonal products by top chef Hans Poppelaars, together with his wife Maryse owner of the wonderful Hotel & Restaurant Manoir Kasselslay. The range of fresh seasonal products varies from a diversity of jams such as strawberry jam, raspberry jam, rhubarb jam and blueberry jam to chutneys, and quinces and gherkins in vinegar. The jams are served at breakfast and can also be bought, together with all your favourite products at Manoir Kasselslay in the tiny village of Roder/Clevaux.
