Germany meets the Netherlands

Michelinstar Chef Jonathan Zandbergen (Merlet, Schoorl, the Netherlands) cooked together with Erika Bergheim (Schlosshotel Hugenpoet, Essen-Kettwig, Germany) a great diner at the cosy Laurushaus of Schlosshotel Hugenpoet.

Dutch North Sea products were combined with game from the Hugenpoet estate with the excellent wines choosen by sommelier Carla Veenstra. The well known Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf published a large article about this unique event.
