Nobel amongst the Scandinavian Stars

On 16 & 17 October 2015 Hotel Nobel on the Dutch Wadden Island of Ameland will be staging a culinary celebration together with the internationally acclaimed chef Christian Gadient of Restaurant Marchal (1 Michelin Star). Restaurant Marchal is part of the world famous Hotel D’Angleterre in Copenhagen.

Friday 16 October chef Gadient will prepare a 7-course menu inspired by French and Scandinavian cuisine (€ 95).
Saturday 17 October will be all about the truffle. This exquisite product will be the main character starring in all six courses of the "Menu Truffel" (€ 105).
