Schlosshotel Hugenpoet opens new restaurant “Laurushaus”

Culinary connoisseurs, foodies and bon vivants are welcome in the former tithe barn on the grounds of Schlosshotel Hugenpoet. On 14 May Chef Erika Bergheim opened her new restaurant “Laurushaus” in the barn that once served as storage space for produce and tithes – one tenth of a farm’s produce went to the Church-.

Maître and sommelier Carla Veenstra has Germany’s very first Louis Roederer Vinothek at her disposal. When the sun is shining or weather permitting guests enjoy the restaurant’s pleasant terrace in the lush greenery of Hugenpoet’s park.
